Due to the made-to-order nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All Élanesse Beauty products are freshly produced and fulfilled to order to ensure quality and safety.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@elanessebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to investigate and offer a replacement or resolution.
